On behalf of Inter IKEA group, we are looking for a Compensation & Benefit and Mobility Specialist – employed in the core business IKEA Supply.
We offer a challenging and inspiring role where you, together with a team of strong competences in the area of Compensation & Benefit and Mobility, will play a key role in supporting business and people agenda! We need a strong, dedicated colleague who has a true passion for facts, analytics and having the ability to communicate insights in a clear and easy way. This work you will do with all Inter IKEA entities in mind.

In this role you will focus on the specific needs of analytics and insights in the area within Compensation & Benefit and Mobility.
On behalf of total Inter IKEA group, you will be responsible to:
• Collect internal and external data and conduct fact-based analysis as a base for decision making
• Propose solutions and actions with focus on total Inter IKEA business success
• Be close to the different dimensions we are operating in; country perspective, core business perspectives as well as different units within a core business.
• Contribute actively in the development of approaches, tools and working methods based on your experience, expertise and area of responsibility.
• Show the IKEA values in your daily business approach

Please note: For this role we will see you being placed in one of our Supply Units Location in either Europe or Asia.
