COMPENSATION & BENEFIT SPECIALIST, PART TIME (50%) IN STOCKHOLM

We are now looking for a senior compensation and benefit specialist to our client in Stockholm. This assignment is part time (20-30 hours a week) and is expected to run until mid of December. So if you’re triggered by having an impact on how millions of people shop and pay online, you’re exactly the type of person we are looking for.

As a Comp & Ben specialist your role is to review existing processes and programs and develop processes/propose improvements in the area of compensation and benefits and suggest/develop guidelines, policies, instructions in the area of compensation and benefits.

Kvalifikationer
- Experience from international companies.
- Experience from a similar role as a Compensation & Benefit specialist
- Knowledge of incentive programs and equity programs
- Experienced in partnering with senior stakeholders

Tillträde och ansökan
