Tele2 is looking for a Compensation & Benefits administrator. You will be part of small team within Reward & Recognition but with a larger team in People & Change. We offer you a stimulating and challenging role in an exciting and fast paced organization, with great development opportunities.
About the job
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, initially focusing on our car policy in Sweden. This includes managing our car fleet, through coordination and administration, tracking expiring lease agreements, ensuring policy compliance, reviewing and improving existing policy, and maintaining direct contact with employees, managers as well as with our car lease supplier. Tele2 is continuously advancing our environmental and sustainability efforts, aiming replace all hybrid cars with electric cars in the coming years, and you will play a crucial role in driving this initiative forward.
Furthermore, the role also includes a lot of reporting, partly in the form of sustainability reporting but also other reporting within compensation & benefits, as well as assisting other team members with various kinds of analyses.
The Reward & Recognition team, work within areas such as short-and long-term incentives, annual salary reviews, gender pay gap reporting, corporate governance reporting, pension & benefits communication, job levelling analysis and compensation benchmarking. This role offers the opportunity to learn extensively and grow, developing your skills and abilities in these areas and within the team.
This role is located at our Kista office, and you will report to our Head of Reward and Recognition.
Who are you?
You are a team player, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others, as the role involves significant stakeholder management, collaboration and ensuring adherence to and information communication around policies and processes. You will need to develop a deep understanding of our current policies and procedures and efficiently communicate and explain them to our stakeholders.
Your numerical ability is strong, and you like to go beyond and think of both consequences and implementation of changes to policies and procedures. Your ability to work with excel, reporting in an efficient way and deliver according to deadlines is highly developed.
To thrive, enjoy and be successful in this role, we believe that you previously have worked with car fleet administration. However, applicants with experience and interest in compensation & benefits are also very welcome to apply.
We believe that you also have
- Academic degree in relevant areas such as B.S in Finance/Economy or Human Resources.
- 1-2 years + experience working with Car administration, or experience within the area of Compensation & Benefits.
- Ability to work as highly organized and able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity and strong analytical skills.
- Experience as MS Office user and good experience in Excel with good numerical skills.
