Compensation & Benefits Manager
Objectives
The main focus will be to pro-actively prepare, maintain and improve existing and potential new compensation & benefits programs/processes on a corporate level
The key tasks in this role include:
" Managing the Individual Position Evaluation (IPE) system for management positions.Which includes to make sure that all positions are covered as well as ensure that the quality of the evaluations is satisfactory.
" Provide/update executive total compensation analysis
" Prepare salary range analysis for comparable functional positions
" Prepare material for Remuneration Committee, (which is the body within the Board of Directors that deals with compensation issues).
" Administer Long Term Incentive (LTI) & Short Term Incentive (STI) policies/programs/processes
" Administer pension agreements for Sweden
" Administer Global Expatriate Policy (GEP) & external contacts and service providers
" Establish network with internal HR leaders
" Establish network with external compensation professionals.

Competencies needed
" Dynamic personality with strong execution focus
" High level of analytical skills
" High level of computer skills
" Excellent communication and presentations skills
" Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and disciplined way
" High level of confidentiality and integrity
" A truly team player through people and leadership skills
" Minimum 5 years of post graduate experience in the compensation & benefits practice of an international consultancy, preferably in combination with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the corporate world.
