We need help! Are you the one? We are looking for someone to strengthen our great HR team of 25 HR professionals within various areas.
You will be part of our HR Solutions team, consisting of other HR Specialists within Learning, Recruitment, Performance and Compensation & Benefits. We have a Compensation & Benefit Expert onboard today whom you will partner up with. To make the greatest partnership we see that your responsibilities will mainly be within the benefit area, and that you will have a supporting function towards compensation and performance processes.

The perfect candidate for this role is someone who has great administrative knowledge within benefits, and wants to develop within the Compensation and Performance area.
To thrive in this role, we believe you love numbers and have an analytical side. You prefer Excel over Word, and structure excites you!
Within this role there are great development opportunities, and your scope of responsibility will grow with time.

What we see you’ll contribute with

- Be responsible for general matters regarding Pensions and Insurances internally, as well as our main point of contact for suppliers
- Administration of benefit portal
- Support annual activities in our Performance & Compensation processes, such as performance evaluations, salary review and STI-processes
- Take lead on our equal pay analysis
- Be the main point of contact with our suppliers within the comp & ben area
- Subject matter expert for our HR system (SuccessFactors) for compensation and performance activities
- Support and facilitate administrative tasks connected to Compensation & Benefits and Performance, such as reporting and extraction of market data


At CEVT we work in a fast changing environment (no, fast for real - you haven’t seen anything like this), which you’ll also need to support. You’re support in this means that you need to be flexible, and have an open mindset as you will be dragged into projects you wouldn’t have guessed.

It’s a merit if you…

- Have previous experience from SuccessFactors
- Are familiar with Mercer Evaluation system


but if you’re not - we’ll teach you!

Qualifications

We believe you have a couple of years within Compensation & Benefits area, or other role in which you’ve been handling pensions, insurances, or administrating benefits. However, we put bigger emphasis on personal attributes, such as;

- Ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures
- Problem-solving mindset
- You are comfortable with taking a challenging approach in your daily work
- Knowledge of labor laws, comfortable in interpreting Swedish collective agreements connected to your area of responsibilities
- Familiar with Swedish pension schemes and insurances
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
