ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the People & Change team, you will be an expert in the field of Reward & Recognition. You will be part of a small Reward Team and we offer you a stimulating and challenging role in an exciting and fast-paced organization, with great development opportunities. You will report to our Head of Reward and Recognition.
Key responsibilities
Provide professional guidance for alignment with best practices within our Compensation & Benefit policies and guidelines.
Lead our annual Short- and Long-term incentive programs, including Plan design, process handling and reports, documentation and system handling and vendor agreements.
Ensure compliance and compensation governance in supporting executive compensation info in Annual Reporting and AGM (Annual General Meeting) material.
Provide market pricing and support with relevant benchmark analytics and insights to our Talent team and Business HR partners as well as the business organization.
Run reports and conduct analysis on remuneration and job coding, connected to our internal HR system/SAP Success factors.
Provide Training and Communication to Managers and HR within the area of Job coding methodology, Compensation, and Annual Salary review.
Research and analyze trends, impacts, decisions, and feedback to suggest changes to existing policies and guidelines.
Coordinate, validate and process contract changes with vendors. Manage and direct vendor administration/relationships
Play a key role in reviewing compensation and benefits documentation material and updates on intranet.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We look for an analytical mindset with deep knowledge and interest in compensation & benefits. You have experience of handling annual compensation process and have also experience like driving implementation of job evaluation projects, analysis of commission or bonus programs, handling LTI programs, or similar. We believe you are experienced in working closely with executives and are comfortable with providing Training to Managers and HR within the Compensation area.
Requirements
You have minimum a B.S in Finance/Economy or Human Resources.
Approx 5 years' experience working in a Compensation & Benefits function
You can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing demands
You are a reliable and passionate teammate with high integrity and strong analytical skills
You have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
You are an experienced MS Office user (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Previous experience in handling short- and long-term incentive programs is an asset
If you have experience working with job evaluation methodologies (ie: Towers Watson, Mercer, or similar) please highlight this in your resumé
