YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As Compensation & Benefits Specialist you will work closely with our Head of Performance & Rewards, contribute in designing, and responsible for implementing, and administering compensation and benefits programmes that attract and retain top talent, while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. This will include:
- Contributing to accurately implement compensation and benefits programmes that align with Voi’s strategy
- Conducting and participating in market research and analysis to ensure competitiveness of compensation and benefits programmes and make recommendations to management
- Maintaining Voi’s job- and salary structures
- Managing the annual performance- and salary review processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and accuracy
- Overseeing global employee benefits programmes
- Partnering with HR stakeholders to develop and deliver compensation and benefits training and communication programmes to managers and employees
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits programmes across our markets
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to compensation and benefits programmes
- Participating in cross-functional projects as required
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
We’re looking for a structured and analytical person with great attention to detail, the ability to work independently, act to solve problems and provide support to a diverse group of people. In addition to this we believe the right person has:
- A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR or equivalent
- Experience working in a similar role, setting up programmes and processes for compensation & benefits, HR- or payroll-operations
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations in EMEA
- Excel/Google Sheet savviness and an interest in systems & processes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present complex information to a variety of stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Fluency in English, both in verbal and written communication. Other European languages are a plus
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
