Kvalifikationer
- You have 5+ years’ experience within compensation & benefits, and award programs. Payroll management skills is a huge plus.
- You have excellent project management skills, be process oriented and willing to work both operationally and strategically.
- You have excellent communication skills in English.

Job Description
Now we are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits specialist to our client’s People Experience team. You will work with the team to improve and set up new strategies and processes for benefits and awards programs as well as reviewing and working with the compensation part of the promotion processes. Your main tasks will be to review existing processes and programs and develop processes/propose improvements as well as suggest/develop guidelines, policies, instructions in the area of compensation and benefits. You will create and own central modeling and budgeting with the compensation team’s support/input, support compensation processes including the annual compensation review, market pricing process, promotion window, gender pay analysis, and many more, provide professional guidance on our compensation programs which consist of cash and long term incentives. You will work closely with the Talent Attraction team and provide guidance on offers for new hires and country transfers. You will also conduct job evaluations and make compensation recommendations for existing employees.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run for 6 months, with possible extension.
