We are now looking to attract an experienced Compensation & Performance Specialist for our Businesses in the Nordics and Baltics.

In this role, you represent the needs of the area/region to the global Performance & Reward function and collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR Operational Services to provide a seamless service to the business.

About you and your responsibilities  We believe that you as a person are a fully qualified HR professional with a significant number of years of experience within HR or Compensation/Reward.

You will act daily as the speaking partner to the business to advise on strategy, process and best practices applied in relation to compensation and performance in the Nordics and Baltics.

Partner with HRBP’s and business leaders in order to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through existing, new and/or improved HR practices or compensation and performance policies.

As a person you manage to operate on a strategic level as well as on an operational level. Your high commitment and flexibility will help you to develop solutions even for challenging topics.

Previous experience within Change Management will help you in this role and you will be given the power to influence our work as we move forward, together.

Knowledge of the Swedish and Finnish market is highly desirable and fluency in English and Swedish is a requirement and other Nordic and/or Baltic languages especially Finnish would be desirable.
