Competence Developer, Leadership and Organisation Development
Scania Academy supports the global organisation in Competence Development and Employer Branding. Our mission is to identify competence needs and support with delivery of methods and tools for competence development and to strengthen the Scania's brand as an employer.
Our mission at XAB, Leadership and Organisation Development, is to support the entire Scania organisation with competence development within our area of expertise - leadership, management, communication and organisation development.
Primarily we act as internal consultants supporting management teams and leaders to develop their organizations, teams and ways of working. Additionally we develop and deliver training and other learning activities within leadership and communication.
Your work tasks
.Support customers in analyzing development needs and propose learning solutions
.Design and build training/learning activities and materials/tools
.Deliver training and other learning activities
.Internal development of working methods, communication channels and other relevant areas
Your personal profile
If you are the right person for this challenge you have: .An academic degree in relevant field or corresponding experience
.You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and of course other languages are meritorious. Since our mission is global, we work in an international arena and therefore the job involves a certain amount of traveling
.Your own leadership experience, preferably at Scania
.You have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and a high level of analytical and innovation skills
.You are service-minded, customer-focused and cost-conscious as well as have flexibility to adapt to a continuously changing business environment
.You have ability to work both independently and together with your team members
.You are a role model in living Scania core values and principles
.Good knowledge/experience of Scania's business
