Are you passionate about working with leadership development? Do you find organisation development an area of great interest? Do you want to work with a global assignment?

As a Competence Developer within our team you design, build and deliver learning activities related to leadership and organisation development to the Scania organisation. Your ability to analyse our customer’s needs and act as a partner in their development will be an essential part of your work. Using a consultative approach you will support our customers to reach their set targets aiding them to connect the targets with the overall Scania strategic direction as leader in sustainable transports.

Primarily we act as internal consultants supporting management teams and leaders to develop their organisations, teams and ways of working.
Additionally we develop and deliver training and other learning activities within leadership and communication.
Since our mission is global, we work in an international arena and therefore the job involves a certain amount of traveling and continuous international relations.

To succeed in this position you possess a strong willingness to work in a team, have high integrity and an humble approach. We believe that you have prior experience of working as a manager and leading either teams or management teams. We also value high interpersonal skills.

Furthermore, we believe that in this position you will gain even better insights and abilities when it comes to your own leadership skills.
