Our mission is to support the organisation in identifying skills needs, offering methods and tools for competence development and strengthen the results.

We face several future challenges when it comes to a more complex product, decreased lead time, digital methods, new behaviours and a younger audience.

Our demanding customers like Research and Development, Commercial Operations and the Business units require support and deliveries with high quality and efficient solutions to secure the technical competencies which requires a faster pace in the market than ever before.

 
The position
In the role as Competence Developer Technical Training you are, together with the customer, responsible to efficiently develop and deliver technical training solutions. Focus is on identifying needs, developing and delivering training for the global network of coaches.

We work with practical and digitalized methods to meet the customer's needs.

We also identify good examples of education in the Business Units and bring them into the global training portfolio.

Your profile
As a person you have an including behaviour, you find it easy to communicate with others and want to contribute to behavioural changes - perhaps you have been a trainer in other context. It is a merit if your technical background is within engine technology.

It is also important that you are a strong team player and that you act in a respectful way as an individual.

You like to work in project form and have the ability to translate the needs of different customers into well adapted training solutions. You are good at creating structure, have an analytical ability and thrives with coordinating tasks. 

We believe you have a couple of years of experience linked to product or service in the field of heavy vehicles.

Fluency in English and Swedish in both speech and writing, is required.
