Competence development manager Leadership
Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
Scania Academy's mission is to work with continuous learning and competence development is an important piece of the puzzle to enable this transformation.
A major component for us succeeding with the transformation will be effective leadership behaviors and mature teams that are able to embrace change continuously. Our team works with three major value streams – individual leadership development, team development and organization development. We are responsible to develop and deliver concepts connected to all three streams. If you would like to contribute and learn more about how leadership will contribute to the transformation, then we have an opening for you.
Our own transformation
In parallel with the ongoing Scania transformation, I think it is fair to say that we as a team also are on transformation pathway. We need to be in the forefront of supporting the organization with the right solutions that are in line with the challenges that they are facing. The past two years we have been changing our way of working to think more of scalable and global solutions that can reach the far corners of our organization and draw advantage of the major leaps technology have brought with it, being able to deliver over digital platforms with measurable effect. We are still on that transformation journey and we are looking for those of you who would like to join us in our transformation and who are keen to make an global impact.
Your duties
Within the area of leadership, you will take part of creating solutions that can reach the entire organization and play a major role in developing methods or concepts that have a global reach, are scalable and measurable. Learning design through digital means will be a part of your everyday assignment as well as continuous improvements of already existing portfolio.
You will work with development of content and design sessions together with external partners and key internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for parts of the leadership portfolio and continuously develop your area together with the organization, and we view the entire organization as our customers.
Your profile
We think you have experience from working with learning and development and a mentality to dare to try new ways of reaching a global target group. You have great communication and listening skills and the ability to analyze customer needs and turn them into deliverable solutions. We think you have a passion for creating human centric solutions. You can easily create relationships and collaborate with others, but you can also work independently. We believe you have an experience within behavioral science and the use of digital tools used for human growth and have probably worked in the cross section between IT and HR. You believe in a sustainable future and have a passion for creating opportunities and being involved in demonstrating the skills needs of the future.
It is an advantage if you know Scania's organisation and have a good network internally.
Application deadline: Please send your CV and personal lettar no later than October 16.
