Our new Competence Development Manager will develop our sales and service organization and will with assistance from internal and external facilities, coordinate and develop all training within the Northern and Central Europe (NCE) region.Today there are 500 people in our sales and service organization located in 13 countries. Key performance areas Your responsibilities are primarily to: .Establish and manage a Competence Development Center within the region to be able to educate existing and future personnel, mainly sales and service personnel..Organize local, as well as regional sales and technical training programs..Cooperate with regional or country segment managers in regard to bridging needs and provide significant output from performance review into competence development plans for each organization..Cooperate with other Business areas in finding and optimizing possibly synergies between business areas regarding training. Your profile The qualified candidate needs to have a University degree in pedagogic and experience from UGL leadership training or similar programs.Your have strategic, managerial and educational skills and enjoy working in an international environment.Experience from strategic planning of training programs and experience from sales oriented organizations is desirable.Fluency (both written and verbal) in English is a prerequisite.The position will require traveling approximately 50-80 days per year, mainly within Europe.Location: Preferably Sweden (Sandviken) but Germany can be an alternative.
