We are now looking for a Competence Development Manager, a new role at Tunstall Nordics! Your overall responsibility is to secure that all our employees in the Nordic region have the right competence, skills and capabilities to perform and deliver world class services to our customers. You will be located at our Nordic Headquarter in Hyllie, Malmö, with occasional travel within the Nordic Region.
Your overall responsibility
- Process ownership for Training & Development, including design of processes, organization, roles, and system support.
- Identify and classify competence requirements within the organization.
- Conduct gap-analysis in cooperation with Line Management on regional, national, local, departmental & individual levels.
- Plan, administrate, design, document, lead & conduct training, including both delivering own training activities and activities delivered by others.
- Design career plans, courses, e-learning, workshops, lectures, etc.
- Learning Management System ownership & super user.
- Convert internal knowledge and expertise into documented learning material.
- Lead & deliver internal direct employee training sessions in various formats and channels.
- Work with continuous improvement within your area of responsibility - Develop and implement learning strategies, processes and programs.
Are you the right person for this role?
You are confident in creating a great learning experience, by holding appealing workshops, creating engaging e-learnings or trying out new learning methods. You are able to grasp new things quickly and explain them to others in a pedagogical way. You will work with several internal and external stakeholders and you are able to develop a consultative approach towards colleagues in the training creation process. It is also a merit if you have been working with training or related areas such as adult education, teaching or learning & development. We believe you are a people person who loves to talk in front of others, and "get the message through".
Your background/profile
- Proven experience as Training & Development Manager or similar.
- BSc/BA in Business, Technology, IT, HR, Pedagogics, Educational Psychology or a related field is a merit.
- Current knowledge of effective Learning Organizations and development methods.
- Experience from e-learning platforms & Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Professional experience from relevant business, preferably within Tech/IT or similar business segment.
- Experience from training on complex technical systems, both on an entry-level and higher level is a merit.
- Ability to take on a broad role and responsibility in a medium sized company.
- Project management skills.
- Excellent skills in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable teaching, explaining and presenting.
- Fluent in Swedish & English, any other Nordic language is a merit.
- You take responsibility and have an interest in "building from scratch" with a positive "can-do" attitude and mindset.
