Your Role
Within the Alleima Tube division we are now looking for a Competence Development Specialist to join us while we take the next step with our Tube Academy. Tube Academy is part of our competence center reporting to Division Tube’s Head of HR, where we create unique content explicit for our division and that cannot be supplied by anyone else.
You will be creating in-house trainings together with expertise in the organization as we are building the next level in our structural approach to provide trainings based on job families and job roles. The trainings are delivered through a variety of methods, and we have a focus to support managers and employees in a fun, engaging, inclusive and collaborative way. This position is both strategic and operational and you will be working with our learning management system Workday.
Here´s what you´ll do
· Design, storyboard, and create learning courses and modules in partnership with our subject matter experts in our division – from initial concept to completion
· Identify and develop requirements and curriculums for training packages linked to the competence model for all job roles and job families at Tube Division
· Map competence profiles at unit/job family/role level to visualize gaps and opportunities
· Continue to build and maintain our competence model architecture
· Source training packages from internal and external partners
· Evaluate the impact of learning initiatives and debrief internal stakeholders as needed
· Championing learning and our culture of development at the Tube Academy
· Ensuring learning links to practical application and macro needs
About You
We believe you are a person that is devoted to learning and you know how to support peoples learning in a variety of ways and with a pedagogical manner. You are a curious and approachable person, easy to reach out to and you invest in good relationships.
We also see you as a structured and organized person who makes ideas into reality and you have the potential to navigate in our Tube Academy culture, full of engagement and energy. Most of all you are an experienced project manager that is passionate to help both our business and people to learn and grow.
Previous experience of working with trainings and teaching is considered as beneficial and we see that you are creative, self-motivated and take initiatives, and as a true team player, you thrive on helping us to evolve.
To be successful in this global role we see that you have excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written. You are excellent at engaging with people in all levels and you are open to challenges and comfortable in highly changing environments. We work intensively with the different apps in the Office platform, we expect that you are a frequent user and keep up to date with the latest and the greatest in the platform in order to work smarter not harder. You are also skilled at simplifying complex concepts.
