Job Description

As a Competence Lead at Kids Assortment, you will play an important part on our exiting and ambitious journey towards future. In this role you are co-responsible for Kids Fit & size department, driving the development agenda in accordance with the Assortment vision and goals. You are accountable for strategically and operatively manage the function, to reach short- and long-term growth for the assortment within the Kids Business Unit.
You lead the function team and drive learning, development, and high performance and are also responsible for improving processes, methods, and lead implementation. You have a passion and the skills to lead, drive and implement change.
You are an expert within your function and are collaborating with the other competence leads on a regular basis. With a Customer centric mind-set, you continuously seek to improve ways of working. You are collaborative and communicative and are driven by the opportunity to maximize the potential of our products and assortment in a creative and responsible way.
At kids there are two Competence leads for Fit & size. In this mission you are staff responsible and are co-leading the function together. This role reports to Division Head but together you are working for the whole assortment. This role will play an important part in driving ways of working at Kids Assortment and in setting and driving the Assortment strategies towards an exciting future!


Qualifications


Expectations of your profile:
• Degree within Pattern Making and/or at least 5 years of work experience
• Previous staff responsibility and leadership trainings are merited
• Knowledge regarding processes and tools relevant for the Fit & size function
• Understanding of the business and product flow end-to-end and how Fit & size area relates to the different parts of the business.
• Ability to drive and follow-up change and implementation
• Well-developed and demonstrated skills within communication and collaboration
• Customer centric mind-set and an understanding of the Kids customer
• Strong leadership skills- Agile and adaptive leadership


Additional Information


The assignment is a permanent - fulltime, starting in as soon as possible 2022. located at the H&M Head office in Stockholm.
