Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are now looking for an expert Learning & Development professional to join our team as a Sourcing Functional Development Manager. This individual will support and drive employee learning and building compentency in Ericsson’s Global Sourcing Organization.
Reporting to the Sourcing Head of Learning & Development, you will work in partnership with leadership, HR colleagues and stakeholders to identify learning needs and build impactful learning plans to address business strategies.

You will:
Build and develop functional area expertise
Analyze performance and competence gaps as well as learning needs
Design, Develop and Implement Learning Solutions for the Sourcing employee population
Advise sourcing stakeholders on learning paths to drive up organizational and individual competence
Create and Improve Learning Processes, Methods and Tools for Sourcing employee population
Support our Ericsson high impact Learning Culture
Build and develop functional area expertise
Support a high impact learning culture amongst our leaders and employees
Support execution of individual and group competency development plans


To be successful in the role you must have:
Proficiency in English
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience working in a collaborative environment to drive innovation
Able to take ownership and independently drive issues forward. Highly motivated, autonomous and innovative.
Knowledge and understanding of market trends and Best in Class practices
Experience in strategy development and deployment of process
Passion for learning & development.


Key Qualifications:
Education: (Recruiter to supply educational requirements)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Learning or Consulting in addition to broader experience
Program management, instructor delivery and coaching skills.
Experience of working across geographies supporting sophisticated organizational needs including stakeholders across regions

Knowledge of Sourcing and Procurement would be a plus
