Complaint Investigator

How will you make an impact?
In this role you will directly affect our customers and their ability to provide high quality test results to medical staff and patients. You will work cross functions with quality and marketing as well as with a close collaboration with our development engineers at R&D. In this role you will manage complaints related to Phadia™ instruments but also complaints related to consumable products. This a key role in the R&D organization. You would also have a chance to solve challenging technical issues and an opportunity to really make a difference.
What will you do?
The role consists of identifying possible problems with the products and investigating what the possible consequences could be for the customers.
Work with root cause investigations to understand the origin of these technical problems and how our products can be improved to avoid similar problems in the future.
Work with analysis of data from our instrument systems to find out if test results have been affected by technical issues in our products.
Document the investigations and the conclusions in English and take part in the communication to customers on the field.
Represent the group in complaints related matters in several forums.
In this role you would have a chance to gain good understanding of our products and to develop a large network internally within the company. Furthermore, there would an opportunity to actively work to improve the ways of working and processes related to complaints handling.
How will you get there?
We are looking for someone who has a higher education, e. g. engineering, within a technical area and/or quality. You should also have a wide interest for both quality and technical aspects. We are looking for someone with a few years of experience from a relevant field. Experience from the Phadia™ instruments is advantageous.
Experience
Experience from technology and quality field, maybe from a similar role. You might also have worked closely to technology but would like to work more with quality questions or possibly the opposite situation.
Engineering degree or similar background within quality or technology is a good start, but experience obtained from hands on work is also considered.
Experience from the life science business or any other highly regulated industry is meriting, as well as previous experience from customer communication.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
To succeed in this role, you would need good knowledge and a strong interest for technology to drive technical investigations with the support of our development engineers.
Basic knowledge of quality work is necessary as well as experience from writing reports that are to be read by a wide range of readers.
Your ability to cooperate and actively pursue information and knowledge are essential tools for success.
The work is performed in an international environment and all documentation is in English, hence good knowledge in English is important.
As a systematic and careful person, you would understand the importance of documentation and traceability of your work.
