Our QA/RC team is looking for a Complaint Specialist in Timrå who will support the maintenance, improvement, and regulatory compliance with a focus on complaint and vigilance handling.


Key Duties
In this role, you will collaborate with the entire organization within EMEA in order to receive, evaluate and investigate customer complaints and product quality. The ensure this, you will communicate with internal and external resources to ensure investigations and maintain customer satisfaction.
This role can grow depending on the creative ability of each individual with a certain amount of re-occurring tasks.
The key tasks for a complaint specialist are as follows:
Investigate product quality on a daily basis to drive improvement and regulatory compliance.
Monitor and delegate complaint related duties to internal resources to ensure a timely follow-up and resolution of each issue.
Adverse event reporting: File reportable events to the appropriate authority bases on country specific regulations.
Compile complaint data from various sources to assess and present data for relevant groups.
Participate and support audits.

Your background
- Good knowledge of quality systems, quality assurance and regulatory standards within the Medical Device or Pharma industry (preferably within Medical Device)
- Fluent in English both oral and written, Swedish meritorious.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.


To succeed in this role you have personal drive, attention to details and great problem solving capabilities. We are looking for a team-oriented person with great communication skills. In this role it is important to have the natural characteristics which fit for this role and having the ability to develop efficient processes.
