Right now, we need to strengthen our team with a Compliance and PLM Data Specialist who will focus on fulfilling Marshall's product data management and reporting responsibilities, both internally and externally. You will also ensure high-quality data for all Marshall reporting needs.
What you’ll do:
You will be part of the team responsible for defining and managing Marshall Group's data processes related to product, compliance, and sustainability. This includes setting up structures and requirements to meet increasing reporting obligations. You will also facilitate training sessions for internal teams and external partners (ODMs) to ensure accurate data management and high-quality reporting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement product data management processes.
Establish and manage product data structures across different software platforms.
Create requirements and templates for effective data management.
Define the appropriate tools and data types for different data management needs.
Set up and maintain the PLM system structure and data.
Ensure data quality from ODMs and second-tier suppliers.
Facilitate and manage data review processes.
Store and regularly update product data in the designated systems.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of working autonomously, and dedicated to producing high-quality work
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or similar acquired knowledge
Prior experience with PLM systems (Arena preferred)
Experience or qualifications in compliance are desirable
Prior experience working with Consumer Electronics
