Our cloud-based service is the standard tool for digitizing manuals for small to mid-sized flight operators. We help our clients become more successful, safe and happy by simplifying the editing process as well as the distribution of operational manuals.

We are looking for an excellent Compliance Coordinator
The objective of the Compliance Coordinator is to audit, report and document functions and business practices requiring compliance activities and to assist the Compliance Manager. The external compliance is mainly focused on ISO 9001 (Quality Management) & ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security).


We think that if you have a university degree and can grasp the job quickly. This is the reason that we don’t see any prior experience in the field as a requirement. It’s an administrative role to a large extend, with parts of communication about quality and risk awareness internally to the team. You will work with preparing compliance and deviation reports, to hold regular meetings with staff on compliance and plan and execute quality improving actions.


Responsibilities in the role
● Together with the Compliance Manager act as an internal auditor for the Quality Management System.
● To administrate the Deviation Report Process.
● To assist in improving the Quality Management System on a regular basis.
● To encourage a mindset of quality, risk awareness and information security among employees.
● To immediately report any deviations, risks or findings directly to the Compliance Manager that may have a severe impact on customers or the business.
● Administration of training records and company asset list.




A successful candidate should have the following qualifications


● University degree
● Experience of working in an international environment (meriting)
● Knowledge of ISO is meriting
● Interest in learning new software systems
● Fluent in English
