About this opportunity
Compliance Office has the group responsibility for the three compliance areas: Antitrust (compliance with competition law), Anti-corruption (compliance with corruption and bribery law) and anti-money laundering (compliance with AML laws).
The Compliance Office within GF Legal Affairs & Compliance develops and maintains Ericsson’s ethics and compliance program. The Compliance Office also supports compliance teams in the Market Areas or operational units, which are responsible for supporting and supervising the execution of the ethics and compliance program in all operating units and legal entities within the countries of responsibility.
We are now looking for a dynamic Compliance Coordinator to support the Allegation Management Office on a variety of initiatives. The Compliance Coordinator, Allegation Management reports in the line organization to the Head of Allegation Management and Compliance Assurance.
What you will do
* Manage and mitigate compliance risk by supporting a speak up culture, support in handling of allegations and follow up of investigation-related remediation together with local compliance teams
* Assist in ensuring and enhancing proper operations of the Ericsson's Allegation Management Office, including logging, triaging, documentation, assessment and follow-up of allegations of potential breaches of the Code of Business Ethics, other policies, directives, or law
* Support and manage the handling of clearance and vetting requests from the organization
* Maintain a sound understanding of the business activities and applicable laws and regulations.
* Lead in developing a culture of compliance, setting an example for transparency and promoting an environment where speaking up in a professional manner is encouraged.
* Support top and middle management in setting an adequate tone from the top, achieving a “walk the talk” approach to their business and establishing compliance and integrity as fundamental company values.
Manage internal stakeholders (e.g., Corporate Investigations, Security, Sourcing, Legal and HR colleagues, Compliance network).
You will bring
* High level of integrity with character consistent with Ericsson values of respect, professionalism and perseverance; must be empathetic and willing to listen
* Ability to work and navigate cross-functionally
* Degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or other university degree suitable for compliance
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
* Strong ability to collaborate and work with a team working remotely across several Market Areas
* Experience in work in the anti-bribery and corruption space is an asset, but not necessary to be successful in the role
* Utmost discretion and an ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
* Know-how of Ericsson organization and operations
* Independent, goal-oriented, and systematic way of working
Fluent in English
