As part of a high-profile Centre of Excellence project, our team is receiving significant attention and support from senior management and as part of this team you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future ways of working in the management of Vattenfall’s contingent workforce.


About the position
As Compliance Manager in the External Workforce team you will play a crucial role in being up-to-date with legal requirements and regulations across different markets concerning external workforce management. This role requires someone who actively keeps track of legislative changes, educates the team on these changes, and integrates compliance requirements into organizational processes. As Compliance Manager you are responsible for translation of all relevant regulatory requirements from various Vattenfall internal experts into actions within the External Workforce team.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Compliance Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date documentation of compliance policies and procedures.
Provide clear and concise compliance guidelines and summaries for the team and stakeholders.
Training Programs:
Develop and implement training programs on compliance topics, ensuring team members are informed and compliant.
Re-view all user-oriented documents and training materials from a compliance perspective.
Risk Assessments:
Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to legal standards.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address identified compliance issues.
Compliance Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on compliance activities, including status updates, audit findings, and recommendations for improvements.
Report compliance issues and risks to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications
Educational Background: University degree in a relevant field. Relevant certifications in compliance, risk management, or legal affairs are preferred.
Work Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in an international or multi-market context. Proven track record of managing compliance in complex organizational settings, ideally with experience in external workforce management or a similar field.


Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail for identifying compliance risks and developing solutions. Effective communication skills, capable of translating complex legal requirements into practical guidelines and training materials.
