Your position and the team
As Compliance Officer you will both hold the position as Data Protection Officer and lead the work with compliance. You will report to our Chief Operating Officer and be a part of a team with close cooperation with General Counsel and Quality Management. In this position, you get the opportunity to build a new, central function as Compliance Officer at a successful company acting in an exciting industry.
Your responsibilities will cover:
- Holding the position as Data Protection Officer
- To support and review internal control procedures
- To ensure that policies are established according to regulations
- Board documentation
- Market Abuse Regulations (MAR)
- Implementation, documentation, and review of compliance according to policies

About you
As Compliance Officer you need to have integrity, be structured and have an analytical mind. For this position, you should be comfortable working in a high paced environment and through your social skills and personality develop confiding relationships. In addition, you are a good communicator that reaches forward with your message both in individual meetings as well as in bigger forums.
Must have:
- At least 3 years of working experience within compliance, application, and interpretation of data protection law
- A bachelor’s degree within law, finance or similar
- Experience in communicating towards a board, management, CEO and other stake holders
- Ability to communicate fluently in writing and in speech in English and in Swedish as it is required in the daily communication
It is a bonus if you have:
- Knowledge of regulations regarding MAR
- Experience in working at a listed company
- Experience in working within the health care industry and preferably CE-marking
- Experience in working at an IT-company
