As Compliance Officer at CEVT you will be a part of the CEVT Legal & IP team - a dynamic mix of professionals with different backgrounds. You will work independently besides our other legal colleagues, with a cooperative and knowledge sharing mindset.

In this role you will give Compliance advice in particular to the International Automotive Business and the relevant EU directives / EU regulations. You will implement and maintain Compliance Policies & Procedures for all relevant business activities of CEVT in Sweden, conduct structured and ad-hoc reviews and develop and conduct Compliance trainings for our employees. Also, you will participate in international Compliance projects and cooperate closely within the international compliance function of Zeekr Group and there will be occasional traveling.

This position is a great opportunity for a driven talent to grow as a Compliance Officer, take responsibility over Compliance projects and to gain experience in all aspects of working as an in-house Compliance Officer in challenging and truly global environment.

This is what you will do most of the time:

- Advice on compliance risks, internal legal policies, directives, guidelines etc.
- Implement and maintain Compliance Policies & Procedures for all relevant business activities
- Participate in international Compliance projects and cooperate closely within the international compliance function of Zeekr Group
- Ensuring compliance with the risk-based audit and control plan, Working on local dashboard of Compliance Program activity, metrics and performance assessment each quarter
- Regular reporting to senior management
- Conducting necessary Compliance training for our employees


Suitable background and experiences

- University degree or equivalent education
- At least 5 years working experience at a compliance department
- Several years of professional experience with compliance in the automotive area
- Up-to-date knowledge of recent regulatory developments (MaRisk Compliance)
- A proven track record of managing multiple projects in a complex matrix business and operational environments
- Excellent English skills; Swedish and/or Chinese or any other language is a plus
