We are looking for an experienced and driven Compliance Officer to strengthen our team. We think it could be you.
As Compliance Officer at CEVT you will be a part of the CEVT Legal & IP team - a dynamic mix of professionals with different backgrounds. You will work independently also in a hybrid way besides our other legal colleagues, with a cooperative and knowledge sharing mindset.
In this role you will take full responsibility for CEVT’s Compliance Program meaning e.g., implementation and roll-out of compliance policies and procedures, compliance trainings, controls/audits and reporting. You will support the organization and provide advice and support within a wide range of areas and projects e.g., related to implementation of new regulation, entering new markets/market conduct, sustainability, third party management, GDPR etc.
This position is a great opportunity for a driven talent to grow as a Compliance Officer, take responsibility over Compliance projects and to gain experience in all aspects of working as an in-house Compliance Officer in challenging and truly global environment.
What we see you’ll contribute with
- Advice on compliance risks
- Advice on internal legal policies, directives, guidelines etc
- Supporting local regulatory requirements
- Stay informed about and share applicable laws and regulations in Sweden and Europe
- Implement and maintain Compliance Policies & Procedures for all relevant business activities
- Conduct structured and ad-hoc reviews
- Participate in international Compliance projects and cooperate closely within the international compliance function of Zeekr Group
- Ongoing advisory for business units on daily business and regulatory updates implementation
- Creation and regular update of risk analysis and the associated risk profile
- Ensuring compliance with the risk-based audit and control plan
- Working on local dashboard of Compliance Program activity, metrics and performance assessment each quarter
- Regular reporting to senior management
- Conducting necessary Compliance training for our employees
You and your skills
- University degree within law or equivalent education
- At least 5 years working experience at a law firm or in-house legal/compliance department
- Preferably several years of professional experience from the automotive or mobility industry
- Up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and developments within e.g. anti-bribery and corruption, sustainability, sanctions, anti-money laundering, anti-trust
- Excellent Swedish and English skills; or any other language is a plus
