About the role:
As Compliance Officer at Wibe Group, you will play a key role in managing communication from and to our company secretaries in different legal entities across various countries. You will handle board documentation and create uniform documentation structures to streamline processes.
Your responsibilities include managing a compliance calendar with important deadlines for each country, preparing and updating documents in line with the Transparency Act, and serving as the GDPR contact person. You will also oversee archiving regulations in the countries where we operate and coordinate transfer pricing documentation.
Additionally, you will assist with internal control assessments to ensure all processes are compliant. You will also act as the contact person for insurance matters and participate in maintaining and working with our travel expense systems.
Lastly, you will handle administrative questionnaires from customers and stakeholders and be ready to take on ad hoc and other administrative tasks as needed.
As Compliance Officer, you will be part of our dedicated Accounting team of 5 people, working closely with colleagues with various skills and expertise. You will report to the Group Accounting Manager.
Location: Mora.

You enjoy working independently and feel comfortable being the sole team member handling compliance-related matters. We have a well-functioning network of external advisors in the different countries where we operate.
You have a genuine interest in learning about compliance and an understanding of the regulations and requirements in our operating countries. It is essential that you are curious and eager to explore the rules and demands related to compliance.
We would like you to have experience in finance or accounting, either through a relevant degree or equivalent work experience. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
It is important that you are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Our corporate language is English.
