Job Description
Do you want to join a international team as Compliance Officer and Credit Analyst and improve processes and frameworks for Sales Nordic?
We are looking for an international Compliance Officer for our Business Area Customer and Solutions. The position is located in Arenastaden Solna.
If you like to work on a variety of tasks and enjoy acting with many interfaces between a Business Area and Group Functions as well as advising sales force on credit topics, this position will fit you.
Your responsibilities
As a Compliance Officer you will work in an international team of experts. We advise and steer on all kind of risks and implement control frameworks towards all levels of the organization and external partners. You will mainly work with the following:
Credit
Process credit checks for smaller B2B customers
Monitor credit limits, prolonged payment terms and bad debt
Secure staying within our mandate boundaries delimited by Group Instructions and Risk Committee decisions
Advice Nordic Sales Force in credit topics
Risk
Central contact partner for all risk affairs within Region Nordics for region Management team and the Group Risk function
Identify business risks, calculate risks together with business, monitor and report risks and mitigation measures. Team up with Compliance experts in the other regions in order to secure comparable processes based on Vattenfall Group instructions
Control Frameworks and Audit follow up
Coordination of Internal Financial Framework (IFC) checks within Region Nordic, e.g. organizing annual self-assessment of controls; act as central partner for IFC towards region and Group Finance and develop the framework further
Follow up IFC actions and advice Region Nordics how to close open issues
Implement a Business Control Framework in region Nordics and get it running
Act as central partner for Audit findings towards Region and Internal Audit
Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious person who is not afraid of asking critical questions and constantly strives for improvement. Common sense and passion for analytical work are also key for the position. On top of that, you will bring:
A Bachelor, other academic degree or similar qualification
At least three years of experience in Credit Analysis, Risk Management, Compliance or Controlling
Swedish and English language skills fluently
