The Hiring Manager for the roleis Emma Oddestad, Head of Compliance. Your role & influence as Compliance Officer
Responsibility:You will be given responsibility for ensuring that Dustin's management system is well-functioning, integrated for all certifications and standards, and continually developed and improved, with a special focus on the InformationSecurity area.
Collaboration:Together with your team, you take care of Dustin’s management system for our ISO 9001, ISO 14 001, ISO 27 001, and ISO 45 001 certifications, collaborating closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments all over the company, both with top management, managers and employees.
Core activities:




Implementing and maintaining certifications and standards for Dustin’s integrated management system.









Harmonizing standards and ways of working across all Dustin entities to enhance business efficiency.









Planning, coordinating, and performing internal and external audits, and managing identified deviations and improvement suggestions.

This is what we imagine you bring
We envision you as a curious and driven individual who thrives on improving systems and fostering collaboration. You should have a couple of years of experience in a similar role with ISO 27001 certification, a relevant bachelor's degree with excellent communication and presentation skills, and full proficiency in English.
Additionally, it'll be nice (not mandatory) if you have:
Experience working with ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications
Speaking and reading skills withany of the Nordic languages.

What can you expect next?
