We are now looking for a Compliance Officer who wants to help continue the development of our compliance program and function. As a Compliance Officer at Tink, you will work closely with colleagues in many different teams (and countries), making it essential that you are business-oriented and able to provide practical and actionable guidance and advice in a user-friendly way, always maintaining your integrity and independence of mind.

Together with other team members, you will work to create the conditions for Tink to achieve its goals, in a way that takes into account legal and regulatory risks.

As a Compliance Officer, you are part of a smaller compliance team, but you will also work closely with the in-house lawyers, who all report to Tink´s General Counsel.

Area of responsibility

The focus area is to conduct and develop Tink´s compliance program with a primary focus on financial regulation (payment services, countering money laundering, and consumer protection) and corporate governance. The compliance team´s responsibilities include:

• Support Tink´s board and management with the development and implementation of the compliance program, both locally in Europe and globally.
• Identify, document and propose measures to manage regulatory risks.
• Annually develop and implement risk-based plans for the compliance function´s work.
• Develop and update compliance policies, instructions and manuals.
• Responsible for regulatory reporting to the company´s board and management and authorities and responsible for ongoing contacts with financial supervisory authorities.
• Participate in the development of processes for product development and in other strategic projects.
• Develop and hold compliance-related training for the board, management and employees.
• Monitor new regulation and regulatory trends and analyze their impact on Tink.

Individual areas of responsibility may be adapted based on the candidate´s profile and strengths.

Who are you?

• Relevant academic degree from a reputable university or college
• One to two years´ experience of compliance work (financial/fintech sector is meriting)
• Basic knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Fluent in speech and writing in Swedish and English
