To succeed as a Compliance Specialist, you will need:
• Formal qualifications and/or proven knowledge in the field of compliance or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of regulatory compliance, preferably in a multinational organisation
You have a strong sense of integrity and high ethical standards. And, of course, you share and live the IKEA culture and values and have a genuine interest in home furnishing.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Compliance Specialist, you will support the establishment and maintenance of a robust and effective compliance framework enabling Ingka to properly ensure that it complies with relevant external legislation, regulation, company policies, rules and manuals.
You will perform compliance activities in a business-oriented and consistent way across the different parts of the business.
Amongst many tasks you will:
• Develop, implement, and maintain integrated Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance & Internal Control framework
• Prepare Annual Compliance plan
• Facilitate and perform Compliance Reviews
• Cooperate with Legal team to secure compliance practices aligned with external and internal demands
• Support and implement standardised and automated ways of working
• Secure the right competence and knowledge throughout Ingka by facilitating learning activities and competence networks for Compliance
• Lead and inspire a risk and compliance performance mind-set
This position is placed in Malmö, Sweden and you will report to the Compliance Manager.
