Compliance Specialist - Autonomous Machinery & Operation

Your role
This position is dedicated to advanced electric products – autonomous machines, and your main tasks will be to:
Identify and monitor worldwide regulatory development within areas affecting autonomous machines, such as functional safety and autonomous operation.
Assure that relevant stakeholders (R&D, product management, sourcing and manufacturing) are proactively informed about related legislative and standard changes.
Be part of our compliance network and take an active role in relevant national and international standard committees.
Represent Product Compliance in new product development projects to secure that product compliance is achieved. This include specifying requirements, supporting certification processes, reviewing compliance evidence and approvals.
Act in group compliance network lobbying activities to influence proposed legislative and standard changes, that risk to adversely affect the business.
Support in questions related to autonomous machinery and operation coming from compliance colleagues, R&D organizations, projects and other stakeholders.

About you
To fit in this role, we see that you have the following qualifications:
M.Sc. or BS degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in English is required.
Experience from work with complex electric products and sensor technology.
Competence and experience in functional safety is preferred.
Knowledge about general product requirements for electric products, batteries, SW development, functional safety and (autonomous) road homologation is beneficial.
