Component adviser - Integrated Control System

Supply Chain Operations Tetra Pak Supply Chain Operations manufactures packaging material, packaging systems and distribution solutions for Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions.The Capital Equipment Supply Chain division (CE SCO) is responsible for the manufacture and supply of filling machines and distribution equipment from receipt of order until performance is achieved at the customer's site. The department Component Standardization is looking for a Product Manager / Component adviser.You will be our specialist in Integrated Control System e.g.control system, motor drive system and communication, but will also handle other products from time to time depending on need.We can offer you a creative and stimulating work environment where you will have the opportunity to work in close cooperation with designers, purchasing functions and external suppliers, in networks or in projects. Your main responsibilities will be to: .Together with designers and commercial colleagues evaluate products and suppliers .Create and market internally an optimized component assortment within your area of responsibility .Give technical advice to automation engineers .Influence product development at component manufacturers To be a successful candidate you should have a University degree within Electrical Engineering and/or equivalent experience within the area of Automation.Meriting is experience from previous work with control systems and network communication.A very good command of English, both written and verbal is required.You must also be prepared to travel approx.25 days/year. The person we are looking for is pro-active and open-minded.You have a strong technical knowledge and interest and can combine a holistic view with hands-on ability.Since an important part of the position is to build long-term relationships within the organisation and with suppliers it is important that you have very good communication and interpersonal skills.
