Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Component Project Leader to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Establish the technical solution and align with stakeholders.
Ensure the final product’s quality through actions such as FMEA, Design Reviews, and test planning.
Ensure that design prerequisites are developed on time and fulfilled during component sourcing.
Monitor the budget for component development.
Act as the technical contact for all issues related to the component.
Lead the technical team consisting of suppliers and internal team members.

What you bring:
B.Sc. degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a similar field.
Experience working as a project leader or team leader, preferably within the automotive industry.
Fluent communication skills in English.

Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience leading sourcing activities, including ESOW preparation.
Experience in software or hardware design for automotive applications.
Knowledge of System Safety ISO 26262 and AUTOSAR.
