• make impact on Marketing Insights & Analytics to understand the needs of customers, communities and partners related to the Meeting Place Making framework and customer experience
• support Meeting Place Making Leaders, Customer Experience Leaders and Concept Review Leaders in their daily operations
• collaborate with other Concept & Customer Experience Developers in daily operation
• develop co-workers’ awareness for innovation and customer centricity by demonstrating INGKA Centres’ commitment to strive for outstanding customer experience
