Job Description
Are you an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong eye for contemporary on-trend and qualitative H&M HOME products? Do you get excited by fast pace, unexplored grounds and endless possibilities? Do you want to be a part of a creative and dynamic team? We are looking for a driven and creative Concept Designer for our Kids assortment. This is a permanent role located at our head office in Stockholm starting 1st June 2022.
As a Concept Designer for Kids at H&M HOME you have the responsibility for creating and optimizing the best possible offer for our customer. You are responsible for leading and developing a strong dedicated design vision for our Kids assortment from new born to 6 years old.
We are looking for a hands-on self-motivated person with a tenacity to take this exciting step as Concept Designer. You have a global, curious mindset and a genuine passion for trends, fashion and interior products. You are a creative visionary well organized, love to collaborate across different teams with strong interpersonal and clear communications skills. You enjoy taking ownership and being flexible in your way of working. You are motivated by building the kids collections, adapting and finding new ways of working in a creative, highly entrepreneurial, and diverse environment. This role will focus on driving the design team and responsibility for setting concepts & developing trend for interiors with creative analysis for baby & kids. You will collaborate closely with the other Concept Designers and Design Manager within H&M HOME. You are motivated by working at a fast pace in a friendly team environment!
Qualifications
Extensive experience (min 5 years) from an aspirational fashion &/or interior design background
You may currently be a Design Lead or Design Manager in another global organisation
An experienced leader who thrives as a team player and brings diverse and global perspectives
A strong visionary with an understanding of commercial product & customer focus
Have travelled for global inspiration, research & fairs
High competence in assortment building, color, material and silhouette
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs
Excellent communication & presentations skills in English (Swedish not necessary)
A flexible, positive, and inspirational team player
Agile entrepreneurial mindset and adaptable to fast changes
Fluent in English (Swedish is not necessary)
