Job Description
Do you love the Divided Girls customer and our products? Are you a concept fashion designer or experienced product designer, used to drive, manage and generate excellent results with your team? Are you creative, forward thinking and can drive the design vision for our concept? Then this might be the role for you!
As a Concept Designer at Divided
You lead and drive the visual goal and the work with the assortment at concept level
You are responsible for the collection in all selling channels by ensuring that we offer the right current fashion, fully coordinated and according to clear visual goal at each given time
You inspire, lead and develop the concept’s design team as a great communicator and solid leadership skills according to our group values
You ensure we provide our diverse global markets with this concept’s best fashion products sold worldwide in all the H&M omni channels
Qualifications
We look for you who:
Have work experience as Concept designer or are an experienced product designer
Have experience from H&M group or similar level global fashion brand
You are a strong fashion visionary and love and truly understand the Divided customer
You can prioritize and focus on what really makes the difference for the business
Are highly skilled in collection building and visual and verbal communication
Have strong leadership skills and are a true team player
You are agile and are used to work across varied time lines that are also ever changing
Experience from cross functional work with many and varied stakeholders
Have a true interest in and experience from developing new working methods and implementing them with your team in a constantly changing organization
Have a big picture understanding, can work with gap analysis and how to apply such knowledge to your concept
You understand what, when and how to take on board new product opportunities and merge with the current collection to create the best customer offer for the Divided customer
You are truly agile and can handle and thrive in a very fast moving work environment
Are fluent in English (Swedish not necessary)
