Business Transformation & Digitalisation

Being part of central Sales & Marketing the function Business Transformation & Digitalisation is responsible for the whole sales eco system within Scania – meaning that with clear targets and an agile mindset we develop and run user-centric applications as well as way of working in the whole flow from prospecting to product and service configuration, quoting and ordering – to all our business units globally.

In addition, we have the task to utilise digitalisation to challenge way of offering tailored solutions to customers. With a relatively complex product and service offering, most often tailor made to specific customer needs, we see great potential in using digitalisation and data to remove inefficiencies in sales process and in addition open up or customers to more themselves in the purchase process. We strive to be extremely customer and user-driven, and pilot projects are always run in close collaboration with our business units around the world.

The position

The best possible Scania experience for existing customers has always been at the centre of Scania’s operation. Going forward we need to accelerate in using digital technologies to fulfil customer expectations. We are now looking for a new colleague who can join our “Business Transformation and Digitalisation team” that wants to:


• develop our customers purchasing journeys to secure a position as a market leader in providing a premium digital customer experience
• develop our user journeys when using digital sales tools to support and develop our customer’s business

In this position, you will be focusing on developing the experiences connected to early stages of the customer purchasing process and the sales force prospecting phase. You will be responsible for leading a team that is to define:


• how to leverage data and automation to identify leads and predict customer needs
• how to provide our sales and marketing departments with actionable insights and to trigger automatic workflows
• how to secure an efficient process for qualifying, managing and following up on leads
• how to secure a future proof vision to secure a fully data driven and digital in and outbound lead generation
• how to secure high customer satisfaction in the early phases of the purchasing journey

We also want you to contribute to keep the team members and Scania leaders up to do date regarding digital trends, development and to continuously inspire and challenge our digital transformation journey.

As concept developer / program manager you will lead a virtual team consisting of various competencies – from market representatives to data engineers, developers and service designers.

You will report to Jon Månson, Head of Business Transformation & Digitalisation.

 

Your profile 


• Master’s degree or equivalent
• Strong background in B2B sales and marketing
• Entrepreneurial can-do mindset
• Strong communicator and inspirational leader
• Proven experience and ability to build and develop lasting relationships and results
• Ability to communicate with senior leaders as well as developers
• Understanding and experience of large global organisations
