Concept Developer - strategic market development

Ecophon develops and markets acoustics solutions that enhance the performance and well-being of people in working environments.Ecophon develops and markets acoustics solutions that enhance the performance and well-being of people in working environments.You will help people to perform and feel better You will be part of an international team of people who communicate the benefits of a good sound environment in offices, schools and hospitals.Your responsibility is to develop the marketing for the office segment.You will build knowledge regarding the influence of acoustics on people and use the outcome to create tools that support decision making in the building process.In addition you will lead and coach the concept developers in our sales units across Europe. The responsibilities include: - Build up strategic knowledge within the prioritized segment and thus create conditions for communication (the concept) - Establish and support, in order to "commercialize" the knowledge in the sales companies, and/or with Ecophon s partners - Work and update the LRP, make your own yearly budget and also budget for communication tools or specific projects such as research and development - Decide aim of improved knowledge in harmony with the company strategy - Chair the MOnet and steer the exchange and development of segment specific knowledge between the member countries A strong communicator eager to develop knowledge The job requires education on higher vocational/academic level or similar shown by experience.You have an interest in technology and show good command of English and Swedish (written and spoken), as international contacts as well interpretation of reports, litterature etc.are a substantial part of the work. As a person, you are self-motivated, committed and eager to acquire new knowledge.You show long term strategic thinking combined with short term results.You are able to build a relevant network and create involvement and confidence.You enjoy coaching a team and enable others to excel in their work.The position is within the central marketing department and reports to the Market Development Manager.You will be based in Hyllinge, outside Helsingborg.The position is permanent and includes frequent travels (approx 80 days per annum).
