Thule Sweden AB is based in Hillerstorp, Sweden, and develops, manufactures and distributes roof racks, ski carriers and bike carriers.


We are now looking for a Concept Engineer for our Product Development Department within Business Unit Sports & Cargo in Hillerstorp, with the ability to share ideas, visions and inspire the ones around you. As a Concept Engineer you will play an essential part in in driving our front loaded development of technical concepts forward and ensure our market leader position. You will work in close cooperation with our Design Department and Project Managers within different product categories.

To be successful in this role you have a solid background and proven success from product development and share our passion for outdoor activities. You have an excellent grasp of engineering principles and manufacturing processes as well as a good feel for consumer needs, design and sustainability. Your ability to easily navigate between detail orientation and the big picture together with a curious and hands-on approach will be highly appreciated in this position. An academic degree in mechanical engineering, as well as fluency in English and Swedish is a must.
