Job Description


As a Concept Designer at Womens Lounge & Nightwear, Socks & Tights departments you will:
• Identify important key trends and are able to translate them into the right assortment for our target customer
• Lead and drive the visual goal and design work for assortment at concept level
• Lead and develop the concept’s design team
• Coach, empower, identify and bring out the best potential in all colleagues.
• You can provide our diverse markets with the best products sold worldwide in all the H&M omni channels. This requires high energy, creativity and experience from a formal/informal leadership role to reach commercial success!




Qualifications


We look for you who:
• Have work experience as a Concept and/or very experienced Product Designer
• Have experience from womens wear design
• You are a strong fashion visionary and understand the H&M womens customer
• Can think outside the box, are innovative and see visionary possibilities
• Have strong design process skills
• You can prioritize and focus on what really makes the difference for the business
• Have strong skills in collection building and visual communication.
• Are highly skilled in the design process, including Adobe Suite programs
• 3D CLO work experience is highly meriting
• Have strong leadership skills and are a true team player
• Have great communication skills
• Can handle a very fast-paced work and every changing environment
• Are fluent in English (Swedish not necessary)
