Skills and Experience

- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- A minimum of five years of hands-on experience working with Base Engine components for combustion engines.

- Proficiency in both practical and theoretical aspects of the product development process.

- Leadership Experience (Meritorious): Previous leadership roles are advantageous.

Your role at Aurobay

As the Concept Leader (Base Engine), you will lead concept investigations related to the Base Engine for both internal combustion engines and hybrid engines. Collaborating closely with System Engineers and Design Engineers, your key responsibilities include:

Defining Concept Content:


- You will play a pivotal role in shaping the conceptual framework for the Base Engine.

- This involves identifying critical components, concepts, and innovative approaches.

Secure Delivery of Concept Investigations:


- Your task is to ensure the successful execution of agreed-upon concept investigations.

- This includes estimating timeframes for industrialization, assessing costs, and resources-with the support of the Base Engine team.

Reporting and Coordination:


- You will provide regular updates to the line organization, concept organization, and project organization as needed.

- As a valued member of the cross-functional team, you’ll collaborate with other Concept Leaders and Manufacturing Engineers.



Your leadership will drive excellence in Base Engine development, contributing to Aurobay’s continued success.
