Concept Manager

We are looking for a Concept Manager to join our Energy Solutions team.

The purpose of your work is to initiate and develop sustainable and efficient energy concepts and solutions for our customers. Main focus will be in bio- and recycled fuel based steam and hot water boiler projects.

Your tasks include together with sales function to initiate and develop the optimal and tailor-made concept for selected customer cases, manage the investment development together with external and internal shareholders and secure smooth transfer of the project to project execution teams. Your duties include also supplier management and co-operation of technology providers (mainly boiler plant suppliers) and managing internal and external resources as a part of pre-engineering activities. You will also together with other Adven functions have a key role in core technology tendering and contracting.

You work in an international team of energy professionals with different backgrounds. Energy solutions team is responsible for conventional boiler solutions, other steam and hot water solutions like heat pumps and electric boilers, industrial refrigeration and energy storage.

You will be based in one of our offices in Sweden or Finland and reporting to Head of Energy Solutions, Concept Development.

To succeed in this role

- We expect you to have solution-oriented mindset.

- Several years’ experience of boiler plants and energy project development.

- Higher university degree in technology.

- In communication and as a person you open, goal oriented and show flexibility if needed.

- You have willingness and ambition to get things happening.

- Fluent in English and in Swedish or Finnish.

- Readiness to travel.
