Join our energetic Marketing and Acquisition team as a Concept Manager. As the Concept Manager, you'll inspire, challenge and guide our creative agency team to craft captivating visual and audio content that perfectly aligns with our brand and marketing objectives. Your innovative thinking and exceptional leadership skills will drive the development of Stena Line’s branding and tactical creatives across multiple markets, platforms, and campaigns, creating a lasting impact on our customers.

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Develop and conceptualize engaging visual content according to the marketing plan
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in brand and communication, content creation, marketing, and regional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop a holistic creative approach for cross-channel alignment.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with creative agency partners, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and project execution.
- Streamline processes for seamless interaction and enhance the overall creative workflow.
- Collaborate in delivering creative direction and feedback, ensuring that all content meets quality standards and objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and new technologies to keep our creative work fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:
- Relevant education in marketing branding and/ or branding
- Extensive experience from a similar role, perhaps as a senior project manager at a creative agency or equivalent experiences within marketing, branding, and creatives that have managed external creative agencies.
- Proven track record of working with international brands across multiple markets and cultures.
- Strong understanding of brand identity, marketing principles, and target audience dynamics.
- Proven track record in leading teams, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-performing creative environment.
- As Stena Line’s corporate language is English, we are looking for a native English speaker or a candidate who has native-level English.
