As a Concept Manager, you are a part of a dynamic product management team of eight people and responsible for developing larger concepts and workflows that will affect several parts of the product portfolio. In short, you are a product manager that is not limited to a single product. The focus is software solutions but may as well include related services.  

This is a role where there are great opportunities to participate and make a difference, both within our company and together with our customers. 

Main responsibilities:  

• Develop concepts for how the Dealer Management System TACDIS DMS will support a business process across the product portfolio and define how these create business value for customers.     
• Communicate and sell the product concept both internally and externally to customers and stakeholders.
• Product management's internal expert at working with car dealers and car manufacturers' sales companies to support larger projects with vision and requirements in early phases.
• Evaluate new markets and customer solutions in cooperation with our business developers.


You do not need to have a technical background but you do need to have an interested in software development and comfortably work closely with our development teams. You can link business value, profitability and strategy with roadmap. You also have strong workshop and ideation skills. 

You are an inspiring and influencing person with strong coordination skills. You are communicative and like to create new contacts. Most importantly, your personality and your behaviour interact with our core values: Courage, Collaboration, Customer value, Joy and Commitment. 

You recognize yourself in the competences below:

• Experience of product management and product development
• Excellent ability to conceptualize, visualize and concretise ideas
• Good understanding of technical language and concepts
• Excellent ability to hold presentations to various stakeholders
• Relevant academic education or equivalent practical experience
• Fluent in both Swedish and English


Understanding of the automotive retail, as well as international experience is a great advantage.
