Till vår kund i södra Stockholm söker vi två st 3:rd line applikationssupport analytiker (configuration management / requirement analysis, kodgranskning i Java & Oracle SQL: PL-SQL...).Vi söker några som har arbetslivserfarenhet i denna roll.För att söka behöver ni skriva om/vinkla både er CV och ett max 10 raders ansökningsbrev mot nedanstående: Ni behöver kunna tala flytande svenska och engelska, en mer detaljerad beskrivning av jobbet finns nedan, på engelska: Sammanfattning We are looking for professionals to provide programmer support for applications in the life sciences domain across multiple locations.The professional will work as a member of existing support team.The focus of the team is to ensure the systems operate reliably to meets business requirements.The high-level responsibilities are: .Requirement analysis .Create, modify and maintain design documents .Create, modify and maintain test plans .Code Review: Java & Oracle SQL, PL-SQL,... .Configuration management .Documentation and tracking of changes and resolution of technical issues related to new development .Act as level 3 support contact points for the Helpdesk for incident resolution during secondary and primary support phases .Impact analysis and estimation of incidents reported .Create, modify and maintain design documents .Review and testing of bug fixes and changes .Monitor and track incidents resolution for the application(s) .Configuration management .Documentation and tracking of changes and resolution of technical issues related to application support .Solution design and maintenance .Monitor SLA adherence Technical SKILLS/EXPERIENCE .Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in the appropriate technology, application support and application development..Excellent IT skills .Experience of systems that facilitate Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management an asset..Knowledge of ITIL standards & processes is an added advantage..Should know both Swedish and English Skills and Behaviours .Should have high standard of verbal and written communications skills .Good organisational skills .Excellent problem-solving skills .Strong analytical skills .Customer service focused, e.g.attentive to end-user needs, work with due urgency, attention to detail..Ability to perform root cause analysis, performance monitoring and application related issues .Develop and implement process improvement initiatives and assist in achieving Service Management objectives..A commitment to continually update skills and knowledge.
