As a Configuration Analyst you will be a part of our Customer Analytics team and play a central role in designing, developing and maintain the business Marketing Automation tool. The platform is used to push relevant advice and marketing advertisement based on customer type and behavior.

About the position
As a Configuration Analyst you will be part of a dedicated Agile team for one of our digital solutions. You will work in a cross-skilled team and work on small, medium and large user stories and you will also often discuss with the business for implementation. You will work proactively with the Product Owner and Business Analyst to understand the big picture and to translate business requirements into configurable customer journeys. You will configure software applications using quality techniques to ensure that unit test principles are built in, component builds function as designed and delivered configuration is correct. This will align with agile delivery methods using continuous integration approaches. Part of your role also gives you opportunity to be involved in business development based on campaign management and customer journeys.

As a Configuration Analyst you will work closely with our business partners, will you be the one helping them getting better insight in our customers’ demands?

About you

You are proactive and able to take self-initiatives by having a hands-on mentality to solve complex issues. And you’re not afraid of learning new tools. We also believe that you:

Location: Preferably Sweden (Solna, near Mall of Scandinavia), Poland (Gliwice or Katowice) could also be an option.


Your skills
We believe that you take ownership for creating journeys that automate business processes through communication management and through Marketing Automation tool. We also we believe that you have/are:
• Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable degree
• Experience at least one Marking automation tool
• Oracle database, PL/SQL development experience is desirable
• Knowledge of on-premise Windows Servers setup and infrastructure
• Self-motivated and interested in researching and experimenting with new technologies
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Swedish is beneficial
