As a member of the Case Management & IT Inventory team, you will join a group that is on a growth journey. Within IT Inventory we have responsibility for key capabilities within Tele2 covering asset and lifecycle management, security, governance, risk and compliance. On top of that we are continuously adding key capabilities covering areas of Incident, Problem and Change Management, Customer Service/Case Management and Field Service Management. All of which is being built upon the leading ServiceNow platform.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the Case Management & IT Inventory team, your role as a Configuration Manager holds significant importance. Joining our team means taking on a multifaceted position where your responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks of working with CMDB and overall in the ServiceNow platform. From gathering requirements from different stakeholders, reviewing designs, and ensuring effective follow-ups, you play a pivotal role in the team's success. Additionally, your drive and adept organizational skills include independently owning and driving tasks end-to-end together with both stakeholders your team and external parties, contributing to the seamless collaboration that defines our work culture.

As an individual, you demonstrate a drive and ability to work in a high pace environment while independently prioritizing and driving agendas end-to-end. Your collaborative spirit shines through, making you an excellent team player who contributes effectively to group efforts and connecting with various part of the organization as well as external parties. You communicate clearly and with ease, setting right expectations and enabling seamless interaction both individually and in group/project settings. Your ability to engage with individuals and navigate successfully within diverse teams makes you an asset to any professional environment. You have a passion for enabling improvements and finding new ways to enable them.
Furthermore, we also consider the following skills as advantageous:
- Experience from working with Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB), Common Service Data Modelling (CSDM) and ITIL framework either as an owner or lead
- Experience from working with Customer Service Management, Case management and/or Field Service Management either directly or as a close collaborator
- Knowledge from working with end-to-end processes in a IT environment covering multiple dependencies and stakeholders, preferably from larger IT-organizations
- Higher education and/or other equivalent certifications
- Extensive experience from working with ServiceNow and its different modules
- Proved ability to gather complex requirements and turn them into workable items
- Experience from Telecom is a plus
- Experience from working with Jira, Confluence, MS Office.
- Fluent in both English and Swedish
