We are looking for TWO new awesome colleagues to join our Configuration team! Have you been working as a Financial Assistant, Administrator, Configuration Specialist or similar before? Are you solution oriented, driven and communicative? Then you might be the 🧩 that's missing!

As a Configuration Specialist you will be an expert in the various configurations of the Benify platform. Your days will be filled with various, fast-paced and stimulating tasks in a dynamic and diverse work environment within the Nordics.

Your main responsibility is to ensure that the portal configuration is coherent with client requirements. You will work with several different projects, such as on-boarding new clients, changes of payroll systems and changing company portal structures. For these projects you will own the process from portal creation, configuration and updates on new and existing clients, to handover to Business as usual (BAU). In your daily work, you will be a part of an agile, cross-functional, project team, consisting of various nationalities and competencies that together deliver the best solutions to our Nordic clients.

In this position, you will also:

• Guide clients to the best set-ups and solutions based on their requirements
• Ensure efficient and timely payroll and financial reporting processes, before clients are handed over to BAU
• Configure the look and feel of the portal and client communication
• Help change and improve both internal processes as well as current set up for existing clients
• Be responsible for technical support and internal training

Your preferable background:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent
• Relevant work experience as a Financial Assistant, Administrator, Configuration Specialist, or similar
• Basic knowledge of accounting rules, tax rules, and wage types
• Proficient in Swedish, English - and additional Nordics language is meritorious

Practical information

Start: As soon as we find the right fit!
Extent: Two full-time, temporary positions; until 2023-08-31 and 2023-09-29
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Team: We are a smaller team of Configuration specialists - but since we work cross-functional, we have a lot of daily contact with all our other Benifiers which is awesome!
